I was asked to vote on Facebook.  Wait, what?  Proctor Schools or Lakeview Christian Academy could win a contest that would bring The Band Perry to the Northland or net them $100,000!!  Why wouldn't you do something as simple as cast your vote once a day until the contest ends?  You don't have to attend either school or even live in the city to help with a vote.

Meet Kendall Thudin from Proctor, MN.   She was one of 1, 500 model hopefuls when the maurices Main Street Model competition began.  Then, after public voting,  there were 100, and Kendall was still in the running.  Kendall has crossed another bridge and is now one of 20 women that will have their final round of competition in Minneapolis.  Kendall's dream is to keep her father's memory and legacy

Bike Night at the Powerhouse in Proctor last night was a pretty fun one.  Not only was their a great turn out with nearly 100 bikes in the Northland, but we also had a birthday to celebrate.  "Grandma Rose" turned 74 yesterday!  She got a ride on a Harley too and loved it...
