Take a quick walk back through Sunday's thrilling Game 5.

Is there a more basic game than Tic Tac Toe?  My 5 year-old gets it.  We also all know that it's rarely fun to play because it almost always ends in a tie, but the Houston Rockets have a fun spin on the game. If you make a layup, you get to place your X or O on the board.  First one to win gets a prize.  Sounds easy enough, right?

I've been a long suffering Minnesota Timberwolves fan, which means I'm in no way a fan of the NBA Lottery.  The NBA is the only sport where adding one star athlete to a team can make a big difference, but after all the horrible seasons the Timberwolves have had they've never won the number one pick in the draft.

Stephen Curry is officially a superstar for the NBA's Golden State Warriors, a team many feel will take the title this year.  I love to watch him play, but I also hate it because the Minnesota Timberwolves could've drafted Curry, but passed on him.  But, why dwell on the past when you can watch him make moves like this.

During a USA Basketball scrimmage last night in Las Vegas, Indiana Pacers all-star Paul George fractured both his tibia and fibula in a gruesome accident, putting his 2014-15 season in jeopardy.

Following the departure of Rick Adelman from the head coaching role for the Minnesota Timberwolves at the end of the 2013-2014 season, the team has found difficulty in filling the vacancy.

The Minnesota Timberwovles said their main priorities where re-signing Nikola Peković and Chase Budinger, while finding a top tier shooting guard to fill the void that they've had for years at that position.  Today, it appears that they've completed two of those goals

While we all celebrate Christmas this year, the NBA will have games.  The league recently unveiled special jerseys they'll wear on Christmas in a video that also features players  playing a song with basketballs.
