Billy Currington is keeping himself busy these days. The 'Hey Girl' singer revealed to his 475,000 Twitter followers that he's in the studio working on his sixth album.

The Tybee Island, Ga. boat captain who pressed criminal charges against Billy Currington in 2013 is now suing the singer. Charles Harvey Ferrelle III says Currington mocked, derided and libelled him before the plea deal was reached.
