If you've watched CNBC's show 'The Profit,' you already know this guy. His name is Marcus Lemonis, and he's just purchased the struggling Gander Mountain company, along with it's Overton's boating company. While no formal plans have been made, he said they will only keep profitable stores open. That could mean that half ot the Gander Mountain locations could close.
Payless Shoesource is looking to file for bankruptcy as the retailer is struggling to keep up with the shift of consumers to online shopping. USA TODAY reports that Payless could be looking at closing up to 500 stores. Will the Miller Hill Mall location be spared?
