The Richard I. Bong Veterans Historical Center has some new mini exhibits that opened this fall and is planning another blood drive.

The new mini exhibits, 'Edith Schultz: A European Homefront Experience', and 'Beauty from the Battlefield', is a collection "items from specialized collections to bring to life an individual's story of survival during World War II and feature the artistic expression of those at the war front."

Both of the new mini exhibits are open now and can be viewed with a visit to the Bong Center. They say that they are also starting to collect oral histories from veterans again, they put the program on hold at the start of the pandemic for obvious reasons.
