Superior Man Gets His 7th DWI

In a time where it is so easy to get a cab ride somewhere, and Uber, Lyft, or a bus ride, somehow this guy decided to risk driving on his revoked license drunk again.

According to the Superior Telegram, Patrick Sean Meyers was pulled over on December 5th on East 5th St when an officer recognized him and his revoked license plate. He smelled of alcohol, and he did poorly on field sobriety tests. The partial breath sample revealed he had a .084 blood alcohol level.  That's slightly over the legal limit.

His next court appearance is February 11th. The maximum penalty for this charge is 12.5 years in jail and a $25,000.
