Some Jerk Ticketed After Driving Car Completely Covered in Snow

We've talked before about how important it is to clear the snow of your car before you drive it. Not only do you need to be able to see out of your car clearly, but snow and ice chunks blowing off can damage other cars or create obstacles. This idiot really takes the cake, and really makes you wonder what kind of people are on the roads.

The Minnesota State Patrol posted these photos on Facebook, asking drivers to please, please, please clear the snow off of your car.
