Smokey Bear PSA is Unique, A Little Bizarre, And Kinda Funny [VIDEO]

I saw this PSA for the first time this weekend and I had to do a double take.  Was this really a legitimate Smokey Bear Public Service Announcement, or was this some kind of spoof? Turns out it is legit and it gets the message across about preventing forest fires.
