We love surveys, it's nice to see where we compare to everyone else.   Well a new survey is out that scores the drivers of individual States in America.   How did we do?  If you're a Minnesota resident, congratulations.

How do they rank them?

Auto insurance website CarInsuranceComparison.com looked at insurance information, statistics from the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, the National Motorists Association, and Mothers Against Drunk Driving in their statistics. The key categories they examined in the study are:

  • Fatalities per capita
  • Failure to obey (traffic signals and seat belt laws)
  • Drunk driving
  • Tickets
  • Careless driving

Wisconsin ends up in the middle of the pack at 29.
