Scotty McCreery Covers George Straits “Christmas Cookies” [VIDEO]

He's young, but he can still cover a beloved George Strait Holiday tune!

What do you have to do, to get Scotty McCreery to come and sing at a Northland high school?  Somebody find out!!!

The 18-year-old senior joined the talented singers at Garner High School during a recent Christmas show, singing a version of George Strait‘s ‘Christmas Cookies.’

It’s somewhat noteworthy to see him dolled up in a tuxedo. At recent country awards shows, he’s stuck to a pair of blue jeans and maybe a jacket.   The teen captures the easy swagger that Strait infuses into the lyrics, although it’s somewhat eyebrow raising to hear him sing “That’s 15 minutes for some kissin’ and some huggin’.”
