An hour after the Ice Project in Superior fell, Roger Hanson along with Mary Morgan director of Parks, Recreation, and Forestry came out to check on his project and was also interviewed by the media that was there.

This morning at 10:06 am the $30,000 Lake Super Ice Project collapsed. According to Hanson who took on the challenge to create the world's largest ice tower, the project has faced many obstacles this winter including the unusual warm weather. He said he'll take a few days to think about rebuilding, but it looks like the project could be done for this year. The project was set to be complete in February, but with warmer temps just around the corner, we'll see if Hanson will rebuild.

Check out the interview below and let me know what you think of the collapsing of the proposed tourist attraction.
