Wednesday night my wife and I had a baby sitter, and we actually had plans to go out with some friends.  Like most New Year's celebrations, it involved quite a bit of drinking.  I was prepared to be a complete pile of crap the next day with a hangover that seems to get worse every year.  But this year was different, because I was introduced to Resqwater by a friend.  It's a product that promises to ease your hangover the next day.  But did it work?

It was about 2:30 in the morning and we got back to our friends' house.  My buddy handed me a little blue bottle and said drink it up, you'll feel better in the morning.   At this point in the night you could have put anything in front of me and I would have drank it, so down it went.

It doesn't taste very good, but that's not why you drink it.  It was like a flat energy drink mixed with cough syrup.

But after a short night of sleep I woke up and actually felt pretty darn good.  I wasn't 100%, but for the amount of alcohol I drank the night before (a lot), I was doing surprisingly well.  It didn't help with my heartburn, but that's fine.  I just took some tums.  I also had a mild headache, but not the normal skull crushing, knock you out kinda headache.

I'm sold on it, and I'm going to have a few in my fridge for those "just one more" Saturday nights.
