Hermantown Musician Announces Sprawling Summer Tour
This is a huge year for concerts! I don't remember at time there were so many concerts coming to not only Minnesota but our neck of the woods as well.
Local country-rock artist Rafe Carlson just announced a tour of his own - and is gearing up to kick the entire thing off in May. You've probably seen him around the Northland, as he is often found playing local venues or opening for country artists that come to town!

The Hermantown native is currently making a name for himself in Nashville but splits his time between Music City and the Northland. He calls his sound 'Great Lakes Country' as an homage to the place we call home.
He just announced a big summer tour - and has even added a few dates since making the announcement! Check it out. The tour has more than fifty dates, from festivals to more intimate shows, and you can ticket details and such on his official website.
The tour will take him everywhere, kicking off in Superior on May 29th. He will be playing across Duluth, Two Harbors and even in St. Paul and Prior Lake. He is about to have a busy summer!

He was just announced as the opener for a big show in Two Harbors. Sammy Kershaw will be playing as part of Two Harbors Heritage Days, and Rafe will be opening that show. That's always a fun time!
