Unfortunately, many of us know someone who is no longer here because of suicide.  It's not always an easy subject to talk about but regardless, the discussion is necessary so we as a society can continue to work on preventing it.

The 2nd Annual Suicide Prevention and Awareness Night at the Races will be on Friday, August 21st.  It's being hosted at the Gondik Law Speedway in Superior, WI.  It's a great night of racing that will be packed with extras as they work to raise money for local agencies to help prevent and promote awareness to suicide.

Winners of each feature in all classes will receive a trophy in honor of someone who died by suicide.  Those trophies will be presented by friends and or family of the lost individual.  The Pure Stock category purse will also have additional money in the purse and there will be some other additions to the show.
