Pizza Hut Closing Locations Nationwide – More In Minnesota?
This is sad news just a few days after National Pizza Day! You probably know by now that Pizza Hut is closing hundreds of stores this year. The news has made headlines since it was announced recently.
According to Restaurant Dive, the fast casual option will be closing around 250 stores this year. While this is a lot, it's very small when you look at the big picture, barely making a dent in the full list of their locations.

Nonetheless, it is always a bummer when any business closes any store, let alone hundreds. Such is the case with Pizza Hut, which has been a classic and a mainstay over the years. People always talk about their buffet.
Now, they will be shuttering underperforming stores across the country. That got me thinking: how many locations are there right now in Minnesota?
Pizza Hut Shutters At Least One Minnesota Location
As of now, there has been at least one Minnesota location that has closed. That store was located in Owatonna and is no longer since this news broke. The good news is that there are a ton of other locations across the state.
