In an effort to better keep the public informed on weather or utility related incidents or emergencies, the City of Duluth is currently transitioning to a new emergency notification system.

According to the city, they had been using Code Red, a free subscription service, but are now in the process of implementing a new system called Everbridge, that promises to be even more user-friendly for customers and for those staff administering the system.

Everbrige, which should be activated in the next several weeks, will also be free and will communicate via email, text or phone calls.

In the interim, you can click the link below to access any outages related to gas or water.
