The Duluth Public Library is putting on several events called "One-Dog Canoe and More, A Visit With Mary Casanova." It's a free 55 minute long event geared towards kids K-5.

During the visit, Mary will tell kids what it was like growing up in a family of ten in Minnesota. She used to struggle with reading, but soon found that books became her world. There's a question and answer segment

She'll be at the downtown branch on April 9th at 10:30. Later that day at 6:00 pm she will be at the West Duluth Branch Library. Then again on April 10th at 1:00pm will be her final visit at the Mount Royal Branch Library.

It's free, and you can find more information at Duluth Library's Website.
