And another one! Country star Mitchell Tenpenney scored another number one over the weekend and celebrated in Minnesota of all places.

In case you missed it, he was in the Twin Cities over the weekend to help kick off football season in a major game between the Vikings and the Packers. The show took place just outside of U.S. Bank Stadium.

The show was announced in late August and comes amongst a really big few months for the artist. Around the time it was announced, he had scored his second number one hit with At The End Of A Bar, a duet with Chris Young.

At the time, he also had a solo single climbing the charts and while he was in town over the weekend, it went to number one! There is no doubt you know the song and probably all the words, as it ended up being a major smash single.

Truth About You officially topped the charts, marking Mitchell Tenpenney's third number one single. What better place to celebrate than with a bunch of Minnesota Vikings fans on a beautiful day at U.S. Bank Stadium?

That is exactly what he did, sharing some photos of the celebration on his social media accounts Sunday (September 11). Warning: the caption to the photos does contain some language that is not safe for work. Ha!

It is clear that he had an absolute blast in Minnesota and celebrating the big accomplishment. He also spent time with T-Pain at the game, who performed a special halftime show during the game. At one point, they had fun on the big screen.

The best part of the celebration? At one point, Mitchell got a Vikings jersey, rocked it and posed for a photo to celebrate the number one song. I guess it is safe to assume he is a Vikings fan now?

Another up-and-coming country star opened the show and now seems to be a fan of the Vikings! Hailey Whitters kicked off the game day celebration prior to the main show and shared a fun picture of herself rocking a jersey.

Next up, Mitchell Tenpenney will release his brand new album This Is The Heavy. The album drops on Friday, September 16th. His latest number one hit is on there as the lead single from the album.

By the way, Truth About You is also a special number one because it was produced by a Duluth native named Jordan Schmidt. He is hardly a stranger to number ones: he has written some of the biggest hits in country music.
