
Authorities Now Looking For Man Who Was Naked, Acting Strangely In Minnesota
Authorities in Northern Minnesota have reached out to the public for help as they try to locate a man who was last seen over the weekend "acting strangely" before fleeing into the woods.
They issued a press release describing the series of events, which began on Saturday, April 11, that had occurred before the man, who was later identified as 40-year-old Clayton Leroy Nukala Jr., disappeared.
Now, they're asking everyone to help spread the word so that the man can be safely located.
Authorities Searching For Man In Northern Minnesota
The St. Louis County Sheriff's Office released the following information to the public:
On April 11, 2026, at approximately 5 PM, St Louis County deputies responded to the 12000 block of South Willow River Road located in the Greaney area, regarding an unwanted male.

The male was later identified as 40-year-old Clayton Leroy Nukala Jr. Upon the arrival of deputies, Clayton Nukala Jr fled into the woods and was unable to be located.
Then, on April 12, 2026, at approximately 10:31 AM, deputies were dispatched to address again regarding Clayton Nukala Jr showing up unwanted, acting strangely, and this time naked.
Upon the arrival of deputies on scene, it was learned that Clayton Nukala Jr was last seen wearing a white bathrobe walking towards the woods.
The St. Louis County Rescue Squad, deputies, and Orr Ambulance are currently involved in an active search for Clayton Nukala Jr. Based upon known information and recent wet, cool weather conditions, hypothermia is a major concern.

Clayton Leroy Nukala Jr is not wanted for any criminal charges at this time. Rather, we want to ensure that he is safe. Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Clayton Leroy Nukala Jr. is asked to call 911.
