To make this list, analysts looked at a bunch of factors, including: child-care costs, median family income, and the unemployment rate for dads with young kids and more.

Minnesota & Wisconsin Named Among Best States For Working Dads

Minnesota and Wisconsin killed it here, being named some of the very best states for working dads, coming in at number six and seven respectively.

Why are both states so great for working dads? Minnesota has some of the lowest child-care costs, adjusted for the median family income here. Minnesota also has one of the highest median family incomes in the state, coming in at number three.

Minnesota also has one of the lowest uninsured rates for men. Wisconsin didn't place in any categories, but they also weren't found at the bottom either.

We'll chalk this one up as a win and happy Father's day to all of the dads out there. By the way, the worst states for working dads are Mississippi, West Virginia and New Mexico.
