Minnesota Goodwill Stores WILL Accept These Items
I am in the process of cleaning out my basement and getting rid of all the things that are simply collecting dust that might be useful to someone else!
If you are in the same boat and doing some fall cleaning before winter hits, you may be thinking about donating items to a Goodwill store in Minnesota and Wisconsin!
I am not entirely familiar with what exactly you can and cannot donate when it comes to Goodwill so I decided to do a little research that might help you out like it helped me!
While Goodwill stores can't accept dirty or ripped clothing or furniture for obvious reasons, you might be surprised at some of the things that they do accept.
For example, I was surprised that they took certain household items, like fans and dishes. I know I have had dishes sitting in a box for a long time and you might too. Goodwill stores do take dishes and such.

The list of what Goodwill stores accept is pretty long and of course, might vary based on location. If you're making a big donation of goods to the store, this list is a great place to start.
However, there may be exceptions when it comes to what certain stores might accept for one reason or another. Start with this list and if you have any questions, contact your local Goodwill before you make the haul! Happy fall cleaning!
