
Wisconsin City Among ‘Most Avoided’ In The U.S.
This is definitely not a title you want but it happens! A new survey has revealed the top cities that Americans avoid traveling to at all costs.
This study was done by The Vacationer, and while it is a little sad, sometimes things like this just come down to personal preference, right?

There are studies for just about everything these days. Case in point? A bathroom in Ely, Minnesota was named the very best in America. I love it!
Unfortunately, this survey doesn't do Wisconsin any favors: one city made the list of the cities Americans are avoiding at all costs. Yikes.

Many of us will be traveling for the upcoming holiday season and that led The Vacationer to conduct this study of the cities Americans will be 'avoiding at all costs' in the next few months.

To do so, they looked at thirty-four cities only, choosing the cities based on population size and how popular each city is. Then, a sample size of Americans were surveyed about which ones they will be avoiding.

Sigh! Milwaukee can't catch a break. Milwaukee came in at number twenty-one on this list, making it one of the most-avoided cities in the country right now. That's sad! Sometimes Milwaukee gets a bad rap.

About ten-percent of Americans surveyed said that they are avoiding Milwaukee this holiday season. I have a few questions about how this study was done so take it with a grain of salt. Ha!
I have never been but it is on my Wisconsin bucket list so I will not be avoiding it and hope to get there are some point - just not during the holiday season.
