Midwest Ice Racing Association Returns To Superior February 24

The Midwest Ice Racing Association will hold their final race of the season February 24 at Barkers Island in Superior.

It's motorcycle racing on the ice, which is a cool thing to see.  The races are schedule to start Saturday, February 24 at 11:00 a.m. and the races will be followed by an awards ceremony and celebration.

The Midwest Ice Racing Association season included the following events:

• January 6 at St Croix Inn, Solon Springs, WI
• January 13 at Big Sandy, McGregor, MN
• January 27 at Superior, WI
• February 3 at Props Landing, Hayward, WI
• February 10 at Eddy’s, Mille Lacs, MN
• February 24 at Barkers Island, Superior, WI
