Marcia Hale Says This Will Be Last Year For Christmas Lights

Marcia Hale's light display on Park Point has been a staple for Christmas Lights for nearly 20 years. Her light display was even featured on ABC's Great Christmas Light Fight back in 2015. She says it's time for the display to come to an end, and in a Facebook post she announced this will "truly be the last year."

The lights will start up on December 14th and continue nightly through December 26th. She is still in need of some volunteers to tend to the fire, and serve cookies and hot chocolate.

If you've never been before, make sure to experience it this year before it's gone forever. The house and yard are lit up and you can walk through the area and see Christmas lights all over. There's a warming area by the fire, and you can even walk down to the beach of Lake Superior. Santa has made appearances in the past and you can warm up with hot chocolate and cookies.
