It happened this last spring at Rick's Cabaret in Minneapolis. An employee found the phone and went through the pictures to try and figure out who the phone belonged to. That's when the worker saw photos of what looked to be pipe bombs.

Bring Me The News reports that 27-year-old Dylan Raymond Orr was investigated by police after it was determined it was his phone. A search warrant was obtained for his phone. Police then found pictures of two pipe bombs sitting next to a piece of mail that had Orr's address written on it. They also found text messages with blueprints on how to make pipe bombs.

Police searched the man's home in Maplewood on April 28th and found two six-inch pipes along with bomb-making ingredients and chemicals. Explosive powders of nitroglycerin and nitrate were present. There were also bbs attached to one of the pipes.

The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives worked with local police to investigate the case as indicated by the Department of Justice press release.
