I never doubted him for a second! Luke Combs has made history in Wisconsin and in a way locals find sacred. Earlier this month, he played two back-to-back shows at Lambeau Field.

A country concert at the beloved venue sounds like a dream and I am still devastated that I did not go. I decided to travel somewhere new and see him in Iowa instead. Ha!

He had himself a blast while in town that weekend, even going viral for something he did in between shows: he stopped at a local lemonade stand and left a huge tip for the young entrepreneurs.

Now, he's back in the headlines because he just made history in a huge way and in a way that will go down in the record books for quite some time.

A few days after the weekend wrapped, Lambeau Field's official Facebook page shared some incredible news: the country icon now holds the record for the highest attendance for a concert by a single artist in stadium history.

This was for his second show, which took place on Saturday (May 16th). The crowd? 51,981 fans. That is absolutely insane! This was also the first time that the field hosted back-to-back shows by the same artist over the course of a single weekend, which is another history-maker.

Attendance the night prior was not too shabby, either. About 40,559 fans attended the show, making for a total of 92,540 fans over the course of the weekend. An iconic weekend for an icon in country music!
