Last Place On Earth Owner Found Guilty on 51 Counts Of Selling Banned Substances
After deliberating for 3 days, the jury in the Jim Carlson case came back with a guilty verdict on 51 of the 55 counts against the Last Place On Earth owner for selling synthetics.
KBJR-TV is reporting that The jury also upheld a misdemeanor count against Joseph Gellerman while one of four felonies was upheld for Lava Haugen, both employees of Carlson.
While I'm sure there will be an appeal, it is obviously a bad sign for Carlson and all head shop owners in a case that law enforcement and owners are watching very closely.
