During the summer months, many families are looking for activities that can get the kids off of their social media and (at the same time) out of the house for a little while.  Here's a great opportunity to do both - with the added bonus of something for Mom's and Dad's, too.

The Superior Public Library offers free showings of recent movies on a regular basis - with the schedule depending upon what time of year it is.  Here's what's on tap for July:

  • Monday, July 1:  "Captain Marvel" (PG-13) - 6:00 PM
  • Wednesday, July 10: "The Public" (PG-13) - 6:00 PM
  • Monday, July 15: "The Mustang" (R) - 6:00 PM
  • Monday, July 29: "Captive State" (PG-13) - 6:00 PM

As always, the movies are a great chance to get out of your house, enjoy some free entertainment, and at the same time - check out all of the changes at your library.  There are also a variety of programs that your family can take part in - like the Summer Reading Program.
