It looks like the show will not go on for Jason Aldean fans - his show at the Xcel Energy Center has been cancelled.

The country star was set to bring his We Back Tour to the Xcel Energy Center on Saturday, August 8th. According to the Xcel Energy Center's website, the show has been cancelled for good.

The We Back Tour featured Dee Jay Silver, Riley Green and Morgan Wallen.

The show was originally set for Saturday, March 14th but was postponed a few days before due to concerns of COVID-19. Jason shared a video announcing that his Minnesota tour stop, along with a few others, would be moved to a later date in the best interest of keeping his fans safe. The new date was set for August.

According to the Xcel's website, all tickets will be refunded. If you purchased your ticket online via Ticketmaster, your money will automatically be sent back to your account. If you purchased your tickets elsewhere, refunds will be available via that point of purchase.

Jason himself has not released a statement regarding the show's cancellation. However, the tour stop has been removed from the list of tour dates on his official website. We will continue to monitor the situation and keep you updated as needed.

He is just one of several country stars who have had to postpone or cancel tour dates in light of COVID-19. Dan + Shay had to postpone their show at the Target Center due to the pandemic. Kenny Chesney also had to postpone his U.S. Bank Stadium show, which was set for early May.
