Jake Owen Agrees To Hang With Fan At WE Fest

If you think celebrities aren't reading your tweets, you're wrong!

Jake Owen is always reading social media messages and often times, responds to his biggest fans and even his haters. Ha!

A lucky fan went to great lengths to get Jake to read his tweet. He and his friends filmed a fun video from a lake, with one guy jumping into the wake of the boat and another standing on a surfboard holding a sign that said #JakeToTheLake. This was all in an effort to get Jake to join the boys at WE Fest next month!

Jake saw the video and all of the effort put into it and was certainly impressed! He was so impressed he even agreed to hang with the fans while he's in town for the major country music festival. See their fun exchange below:

By the looks of it, it seems Jake really will be taking to the lake come the first weekend of August.

WE Fest kicks off the first weekend of August. Headliners include Keith Urban, Brooks + Dunn, Chris Stapleton and of course, Jake Owen.
