Here Are The 25 Biggest Snowstorms Ever In Minnesota
Minnesota may be the Land of 10,000 Lakes, but we've also had our share of big snowstorms that have dumped a lot of the white stuff on us!
Most winters in the North Star State are filled with cold weather and snow. Lots of snow. And while our recently completed winter fell short in both of those categories (except for a week of cold weather in January), Mother Nature is apparently now looking to get even. She has not one, but two potential storms on the way to Minnesota, both of which could produce some decent snowfall.
And while not insignificant, by historical standards, these two upcoming storms forecast to hit Minnesota Thursday night into Friday and then Sunday night into Monday morning (check the latest info HERE) probably won't measure up. That's because some big snowstorms have hit the Bold North over the years.

The Minnesota Department of Natural Resources (DNR) has compiled a list of the Top 25 Snowfalls to hit the Twin Cities. They scoured Minnesota weather records dating all the way back to 1884 to compile the following snowy list. See how many of these big winter storms YOU remember:
