I love roller coasters.  But the worst part for me is the climb up the big hill which is usually right in the beginning of the ride.  After that, it's all gravy.  I'm afraid of heights, so the slow climb up that hill is awful.  Totally will have my eyes closed during that time.  Then I'm totally fine, even if the other hills are giant, it goes by very quickly.

I have been to Valleyfair in Shakopee several times, and I know that you can ride the rides as many times as you would like.  Obviously you have to go to the back of the line each time.  So, to make this kind of feat would really take a lot of dedication.

"Renagade Mike" rode the Renagade roller coaster at Valleyfair 30 thousand times.  WOW!  That takes so much time and dedication.  The ride opened in 2007, and it has taken until now to reach that milestone.

Mike was helped out by having a season pass to Valleyfair every year.  So he could go as many times as he'd like thoughout the season.

From FOX 9 News:
