It appears that another restaurant is coming to Duluth! The more restaurant options, the better and it looks like soon we will be able to add another one to the list.

Walking into work the other day, I noticed a sign out front in the empty space right across from the studio. We are located in the Holiday Center in downtown Duluth, right across from RT Quinlan's Saloon.

Another Place To Eat Mexican Food!

While there isn't a ton of information on this spot at the moment, I did walk to the restaurant to see if there was any immediate information. It wasn't open and no one was inside but the owner is giving us a little sneak peak.

The restaurant is called Emiliano's. At the time of writing, there doesn't appear to be any social media accounts for this restaurant, which means it likely isn't open yet. There was a large menu displayed in the window under the sign.

The menu had all of the classics, like burritos, salads and tacos. Fajitas, vegetarian options and combination platters are also on the menu! Soups and appetizers will also be available. Yum!

I will keep my eye on this new restaurant and I look forward to an opening date! Previously, this spot was home to a soup and sandwich restaurant called Loaf and Ladle but this business shut down.

I know Duluthians like myself love new restaurants so I am really excited for this to open. Although it could be dangerous for me to have this right across the street! I will be eating here all the time.

13 Things That Happen Each Time You Visit Superior's Guadalajara

Guadalajara is one of our family's favorite restaurants. It's a popular place in Superior, and I couldn't help but notice we kind of have the same things happen each and every time we go.
