In Your Opinion, What Am I Missing In My Tackle Box ?

Recently while out on the pontoon with friends fishing I snapped my line, yes with a dang fish on it.  We needed to fix my line and my husband asked me to get some sinkers out of my tackle box.  When I opened my tackle box I was surprised to find basically nothing. "This is all I have?"  I need your help to fill it.

I got the tackle box as a birthday present and it had a few things in it, but other than sinkers and some hooks, I don't know what else I need.

Don't get me wrong, I'm not to the point I need syringes to blow air into my earthworms and I am not fishing for sturgeon.  I go for walleye and usually end up throwing a northern or two back.  But, I know there are spinners and other things that are essential for fishing the waters of our 10,000 lakes.  In your opinion, what do you feel is a must have in your tackle box?
