Hank Williams Jr. Spotted Fishing On This Minnesota Lake!

Famous country singer Hank Williams Jr. loves to fish, and where better to go get some nice walleye than Northern Minnesota! Appeldoorn's Sunset Bay Resort posted photos of the icon and shared them on Facebook following his visit to their Mille Lacs resort.

Hanks best known for his party songs and his songs about the outdoors, so Minnesota is a good fit for him. Reading through the comments, we can learn that he went out on a guided fishing trip. After he left the resort, he made a stop at Boone's Fine Guns in Isle.

The general consensus from everyone was that Hank was a real nice, down to earth guy. And he spent some money while he was here! It's no surprise that Hank would enjoy what Minnesota has to offer, and it's definitely not his first visit here. He's toured, performed, and enjoyed our great outdoors over the years.  Come back soon Hank! We'll get you on the fish!
