Experience Spurs Cathy Kates’ List Of 5 Things You SHOULD NOT Do After Taking a Diuretic
It's been a little under a week since I was released from the hospital sporting about 6 bags of IV fluids that my body had retained. I was 16 pounds heavier than when I was admitted! For the first time in my life I was given a diuretic, then I went out to dinner. MISTAKE! That got me thinking of other things you shouldn't do after taking a diuretic.
Honestly, I was in the bathroom every 10 minutes. Thank goodness the restaurant I was in does those big birthday announcements because the staff ran defense for me twice. Otherwise, the count was at 5 times for the meal, yikes! Here's 5 other times that having to go every 10 minutes would be near impossible. Can you add to the list?
