Movie From Duluth Screenwriter Hitting Theaters This Month
It's hard to believe it's been two years since Bob Saget passed away. The television star was also a comedian and beloved actor.
Of course, he was best known for his role on Full House, the show that really made him a household name and is an instant classic today.
Now, two years after his death, his final film is set to open in theaters. This project just so happens to have a Duluth connection, which is pretty cool.
This film is called Daniel's Gotta Die and you can see it in theaters or to get the full Duluth experience, see it right here.

Bob Saget's Final Film
This is the star's final film, and it follows a family of rich sociopaths who lose the patriarch of their family. This leads to chaos as the family discovers that he left his full inheritance to only one son.

The son then has to decide if he shares it or keeps it all for himself. The other siblings have plans of their own to get their chunk of the inheritance. Not only does it star Saget but it also features Iggy Pop!
The Duluth Connection
The film was written by Duluthian Matthew Dressel! It is his first feature film and it's amazing that this is the project he is debuting with. It looks like a great movie and the cast is amazing too! It's being billed as a dark comedy.

The film has been in development and post production for awhile. It was finished two months after Saget passed, which means he never to see the film.
How To Watch
This film will be available to stream on Friday, February 21st and will also be in theaters nationwide. You can watch it at Zinema 2 in Duluth when it opens as well! I can't wait to see it.
