Tonight the city council could vote today on a rideshare ordinance that would green light companies like Uber & Lyft to begin operating in Duluth.  If you've never used Uber or Lyft, you may not understand how it works.   How is it different from hiring a cab?  Here's a video to show exactly how Uber works.
