Dream Whip VS Squirty Cream

This week-end I was planning on making a delectable cheesecake.  The recipe called for Dream Whip, but when I looked at the picture, it appeared that it was just for decorative garnish around the edges.  I put this on facebook as a post and several friends asked, "What is Dream Whip"?  Dream Whip is powdered whipped cream, you add milk and mix until you grow a beard....absolutely takes F O R E V E R!  If I can get away with squirty cream out of a can, I WILL!!!  When it's Dream Whip VS Squirty Cream.....squirty cream will win at my home every time.

Although several good points were brought up.  It is a bit scary when your can contains more air than cream and you end up wearing it, it dries to your cupboards and it ruins the double layer fudge truffle cake you just made.  I suppose it's more expensive, due to the convenience.....but, NOPE....I like the convenience, my mixer can take the day off!
