Does Loctite Extend Rust Neutralizer Really Work? Let’s Find Out [VIDEO]

My truck has got some wear on it.  110,000 miles and 8 years of Northland winters have done it's toll.  A common problem with these F-150's is paint peeling and flaking off around the gas cap.  A little bit of surface rust has formed and I'm doing my best to stop it.  So I found this Loctite Extend Rust Converter.  Let's see how it works.

The product is supposed to convert the rust into a paintable black surface.   Watch the video to see the results.
