Did You Catch This Minnesota Connection In Stranger Things?

Stranger Things is one of the biggest shows around. It is hugely popular. The show and its cast have been nominated for just about every major award. It is all well deserved.

The big news surrounding the show lately has been the second season. It came out last Friday. It seems like everyone was watching it the past few days and those with an eagle eye may have caught a hidden shout out to the Land Of 10,000 Lakes!

One of the show's main characters, Dustin, is spotted in the first episode of the second season wearing a Science Museum of Minnesota sweatshirt!

Understandably, Minnesotans

and super fans started asking where they could get the item. Museum employees were responding to just about every comment and this is what we've learned.

The shirt is authentic but hasn't been made for decades. Apparently, they stopped making said sweatshirt in the 1980s! Staff also reassured fans that they have stopped everything they are doing to recreate the shirt so they could sell it again.

They encourage everyone who wants one to sign up for their email list so they can be notified immediately when the shirts are done.
