Day 3 of No TV, Smarphone, Electronics Challenge [VIDEO]
We are now 3 days in to our No TV, Smartphone, Electronics Challenge. The rule is when we get home, the screens go off. Man, I've done a lot of stuff the last couple nights.
It's amazing how motivated you get when you have nothing to do. I actually made a list of 4 noticeable changes in just the first couple of days without TV.
- more time to do things
- cleaning a lot more, house is in better shape
- more meaningful time with kids and playing
- more active, I'm on my feet much more
