
Two Country Hall Of Fame Legends To Perform At Minnesota State Fair
The Minnesota State Fair is bringing some country legends to the Land of 10,000 Lakes! One of the artists frequently visits Minnesota to go fishing, but this time he'll be headlining the Grandstand.
Hank Williams, Jr. has been announced as the headliner for Wednesday, August 27, 2025, at the Minnesota State Fair Grandstand. Tickets go on sale this Friday, but friends of the fair can get a pre-sale code.

Hank Williams, Jr. has a career spanning 6 decades. He was named number 50 in the top 100 country artists of all time by Rolling Stone. He's won countless awards including CMAs, ACMs, and multiple Grammys.
He even had a track on Post Malone's album 'F-1 Trillion,' introducing him to another generation of music fans with "Finer Things." It's a great track on the album, and you really heard Hank's attitude come through.
Opening for Hank Williams, Jr. is Marty Stuart and the Fabulous Superlatives. Marty Stuart is a fixture in Nashville and country music, he's won numerous awards, including five Grammys. He's a member of the Grand Ole Opry and is also a member of the Country Music Hall of Fame.
Another country act will be performing at the Grandstand. Old Dominion will kick off the concert series on Thursday, August 21. Other performers include Meghan Trainor, Atmosphere & Friends, Melissa Etheridge and the Indigo Girls, Def Leppard, and more. You can see the whole lineup and purchase tickets online.
