It was a true blessing that things turned out the way they did. A toddler was roaming a store and was nearly hit by a car that came crashing into it.
It's amazing that that this little man found ended up in a safe place. I remember when a school bus crashed into the 4th Street Market in Duluth years ago. There's just no way to expect something like this.
