Cloquet Hosts ‘Santa’s Home For The Holidays’ this Week
Cloquet will be full of Christmas spirit this week as the city's Santa's Home For The Holidays celebration begins.
Santa's Home For The Holidays runs Wednesday, December 4 through Sunday, December 7. Things get underway Wednesday at 4:30 p.m. with 'Elf Bingo' at Our Redeemer Lutheran Church, located at 515 Skyline Boulevard.
Other activities throughout the event include:
- "Winter Fest" Gift and Craft Show
- Storytime and Holiday Open House with Santa
- Performance of "Sorry, Wrong Chimney!" at the County Seat Theater
- Holiday Expo Craft Fair
- Kid's ID Program
- Fire rings and s'mores
- Santa's Home For The Holidays Parade
- Fireworks
Organizers are looking for as many entries into the parade as they can get. The parade is Saturday, December 7 at 5:00 p.m., with a 4:00 p.m. lineup on Cloquet Avenue. You can register your float and get details by calling 218-879-1551.
