If you're 18 or older and have yet to receive a COVID-19 vaccine, there's an opportunity to get a first dose of the Moderna vaccine Friday in Cloquet.

Carlton County Public Health and Human Services has announced the vaccine clinic will take place Friday, April 23rd between 10:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. at the Cloquet Public Library, located at 320 14th Street.

This will be a walk through clinic and pre-registration is required. You can click here now to get registered for a specific available time slot.  Once you're scheduled for a time to get your first dose, you'll automatically be scheduled for your second dose of the Moderna vaccine on Friday, May 21.

Those who register for this vaccine clinic are asked to please note:

  • Within the registration process, if you answer “Yes” to any of the health-related screening questions, they ask that you discontinue your registration until after you have consulted your/a healthcare professional.
  • The date for your second dose is a date you must be available.  If you aren't available for the second dose on May 21, you are asked to please wait until there is a clinic available where you can make both doses. You can click here to access the Carlton County COVID-19 Response Hub, for information on future clinics as they're scheduled.
  • Please enter accurate information (ex. spelling of name, 1st/2nd dose designation, etc.) as this is the information that will be uploaded to your vaccine record.
  • 2nd dose clinics will not be added to the website. Please watch for email and/or phone follow-up directly from Carlton County within the week prior to your 2nd dose date.
