In case you didn't see the story the first time around or got confused along the way (easy to do in our ever-changing COVID-19 world these days), the Spring Brush Pickup in Superior hasn't been canceled like the Spring Cleaning Pickup collection; the annual event is set to kick off on Monday, April 27. At the same time - the city's free landfill days have been postponed to later dates this spring.

While there has been confusion due to the cancellation of one of the three overlapping events (and the rescheduling of one of them as well), the brush collection will follow its usual routine - albeit with restrictions on size of the pile.  Additionally, the pickup schedule is reversed this year.  In years past, the collection started in the north end; this year, the north end's dates come at the end of the schedule, and every other neighborhood has been shifted up a week.

As a bit of housekeeping - yes, the annual Spring Cleaning Pickup has been cancelled for this year, due to make a comeback in 2021.  However, the free landfill days at the Municipal Landfill haven't been canceled - rather they're rescheduled to May 30 and June 6.
