Can Dogs Really Speak, Here is The Proof [VIDEO]

I am NOT a dog whisperer, BUT, I do communicate with my dog....and yes, he does talk to me.  Obviously, he doesn't formulate words into sentences, but he is able to tell me when he has to go outside by getting my attention and running back and forth from me to the door.  If his water dish is low, he hits his dog tags against it until I fill it up.  And, most recently, if his food is plain and doesn't have this tasty powder I put on it to help his joints, he stands by his bowl and barks (very annoying, btw).  Check out this video....now do you believe that dogs can speak?
