Following his brush with the law, it seems everyone has some advice for pop star Justin Bieber. Country's own Billy Ray Cyrus thinks he could offer the 19-year-old some tips to help shape him up. After all, he's dealt with a daughter who also grew up in the spotlight.

The Biebs was arrested in Miami Beach recently during an alleged street drag race. Rumors of DUI, resisting arrest and drug use are swirling around the pop singer, who won't be arraigned until Valentine's Day.

In the meantime, Cyrus thinks he has some words that may help the Canadian singer.

"I would say, first of all, hey, I'm sure he's got lots of people talking to him right now. I would just invite him to come down and chill out with me, maybe in Tennessee," Cyrus says.

Cyrus thinks the quiet and relaxation of Tennessee could be good for the Biebs. He'd make sure the pop star enjoyed a little peace and quite in the country.

"Let’s go up to the teepee, build a fire, step away and just, you know, maybe take a break for a little bit, just think about what’s important," the country star adds. "Get back to life. Build a fire, count the deer and the hawks and relax a little bit.”

Cyrus -- whose daughter Miley has seen her fair share of controversy over the years -- believes the Biebs would be good to get back in line with his craft. "He’s got a long life ahead of him, and I’d like to see him just kind of maybe, enjoy a little bit of what he’s got and focus back on the music," the 'Achy Breaky Heart' star assures. "He’s a great artist.”

Maybe Bieber will take a few minutes away from a possible move, tweeting his Beliebers and an upcoming court date to heed some of Cyrus' advice -- couldn't hurt, right?
