Beer & Wine Will Now Be Sold At UMD Bulldog Home Hockey Games

As we previously told you, there was talks about expanding the beer & wine service at the UMD Bulldog Hockey Games. Previously it was only allowed in the suites and the Champions Lodge. Now beer & wine will be available in most sections at both Men & Women's Hockey Games, beginning with the 2018-2019 season.

The move comes after alcohol sales have become more common on the collegiate level for hockey games. The goal for the program and venue was to provide what the fans want, while keeping it a family friendly atmosphere. There will be designated family sections where no alcohol will be allowed, along with restrictions on the student section.
